Technically, yes. Flyn sends a standard 302 redirect that passes the full query string through untouched, so spm, mkt, laz_trackid, or sub_aff_id values arrive at Lazada exactly as you pasted them. Whether Lazada pays commission on an affiliate link you have wrapped is a different question that only Lazada's terms answer (see the next question).

We cannot promise it will not, because Lazada's terms decide that and they say nothing about shorteners either way. Three clauses matter. Lazada licenses Affiliate Links for use "without modification" (clause 56(c)). A sale earns commission only if it "is directed from the URL of the Affiliate Link as located or presented" on your approved channels (clause 26(a)), and a short link is a different URL from the one Lazada issued. And you may not use "any third party or any method other than the method specified in these Affiliate Terms to promote the Affiliate Link" without Lazada's prior written consent (clause 43(k)).
