How does Flyn know a click converted?
When a tracked link is clicked, the redirect adds a random click id to your destination URL. The Flyn tag on your site remembers it, and when the visitor reaches your goal page the tag reports the id back. Flyn matches it to the exact click and link. The id is unguessable and expires with the attribution window, so conversions cannot be forged.
Do I need to be a developer to set it up?
No. Setup is two copy-paste script lines: one sitewide, one on your thank-you page. There is also a one-click button that copies full instructions you can send to whoever manages your site.
What is the attribution window?
A click can convert for up to 30 days. On Safari and iOS, browser privacy rules can shorten stored attribution to about 7 days, so treat cross-week Safari conversions as a bonus rather than a promise.
Can I track order values and refunds?
Yes. Pass the order value with the goal and each link shows total value alongside its conversion count. A refund is the same ping with a negative value. Keep one currency per link: totals sum the values you send without exchange-rate conversion.
Does it work with affiliate networks?
Yes. Besides the on-site tag there is a server postback endpoint that accepts the common network macros: click id, payout, event type, and a transaction id so upsells and rebills count separately while retried pings never double count.
