Link permissions decide who on your team can touch what. Instead of sharing one login and hoping nobody deletes the wrong link, you give each teammate a role: owner, admin, member, or viewer. Owners and admins run the workspace, members create and manage links, and viewers get the analytics without the ability to change anything. It is real access control for your links, so a new hire or an outside contractor sees what they should and nothing more.
How it works
Up and running in minutes
Invite your team to a workspace
Open your Pro workspace and invite teammates by email. Everyone you add works from the same set of links, folders, and analytics instead of trading logins over Slack or reusing one shared password.
Assign a role to each person
Pick owner, admin, member, or viewer for each member. The role decides whether they can create links, edit or delete them, manage other members, or simply view what already exists.
Everyone works inside their permissions
Members build and manage links, admins keep the whole workspace tidy, and viewers get read-only access to links and reports. Nobody can reach beyond what their role allows.
Adjust or revoke access anytime
Promote a member to admin, drop someone to viewer, or remove a person entirely when they leave. Access updates the moment you change the role, so offboarding is one click, not a password reset scramble.
Why it matters
What you get
Four roles that match how teams work
Owner, admin, member, and viewer cover the real jobs on a team: the person who owns billing, the people who manage links day to day, and the stakeholders who only need to look. There is no custom permission matrix to configure.
Read-only that actually stays read-only
Give a client, an executive, or a junior teammate the viewer role and they can see links and analytics without the ability to edit, delete, or break anything.
Read-only viewers can never delete a link
The viewer role has no delete permission at all, so anyone you add as read-only (a client, an executive, an outside reviewer) can study every link and its analytics but can never remove a campaign link that thousands of people are already clicking. Create, edit, and delete stay with your owner, admin, and member roles.
Onboard and offboard in one click
Adding someone is an email invite plus a role. Removing them revokes every bit of access instantly, so there is no shared password to rotate and no orphaned login left behind.
Share the numbers, not the keys
Viewers see the click analytics, geography, and device breakdowns they need for reporting, while create, edit, and delete stay locked to your core team.
Built for clients and contractors
Agencies and freelancers can add outside collaborators to a workspace with a limited role like member or viewer, so a contractor works on links or just views reporting without owner-level control over billing and members.

Frequently asked questions
What roles can I assign?
Flyn has four roles inside a team workspace: owner, admin, member, and viewer. Owners have full control including billing and members, admins manage links and people, members create and manage links, and viewers get read-only access to links and analytics.
Can a viewer see analytics without editing links?
Yes. The viewer role is read-only: viewers can open links and see the full analytics (clicks, country, city, device, browser, referrer) but cannot create, edit, or delete anything.
Who is allowed to delete links?
Owners, admins, and members can all create, edit, and delete links in the workspace. The viewer role is the exception: viewers have no delete permission at all, so anyone you add as read-only can never remove a live campaign link. If you want someone to look without touching, give them the viewer role.
Does Flyn support SSO or SAML?
No. Flyn does not offer SSO or SAML. Access is handled entirely through email invites and the owner, admin, member, and viewer roles inside your workspace.
Is link permissions a free feature?
Team workspaces and roles are part of Flyn Pro, which is $9 per month billed annually (or $12 month to month), with a $249 lifetime deal. The free plan is built for solo use with up to 25 links a month.
Can I change or revoke a teammate's access later?
Anytime. Change someone's role in a click and it takes effect immediately. Remove a member and their access to the workspace is revoked at once, which makes offboarding clean and instant.
